Gerhard Swart is a passionate, driven, businessman, who founded Periculum Property Investments (Pty) Ltd in 2012. His academic background in law and the financial economics, coupled with a decade of experience in the real estate sector, serves the company well in ensuring success in every project.
Periculum Property Investments has built up a reputation among its clients, investors and competitors, as a company that gets phenomenal results. This is achieved by always putting the clients first and developing excellent real estate in the even better locations, while ensuring honesty and maintaining total transparency.

Since its humble beginnings, Periculum Group has been blessed with great success and growth in the property industry.

Gerhard believes the secret to his business success, is his Christian values in the workplace, with a personal dependence on God. He is married to Bianca Swart and they have a son, Corné.

His goal is to make Periculum Group a world leader in property investments.

Chrisjan van Heerden is a passionate Real Estate professional – qualified and experienced in the full spectrum of real estate activities. His skills enable him to act entrepreneurially and maximise profitability in any Real Estate business: from conceptualising and testing the feasibility of a property development project, managing the development stages, writing and executing precision marketing plans, and managing completed properties.

His qualifications combine business acumen such as management, entrepreneurship and marketing with specific technical knowledge about Real Estate. He is a M.Sc. Property Studies graduate, with majors in Property Development, Property Law, Urban Land Economics, Property Finance, Property Valuation and Property Portfolio Management. Furthermore he has graduated with distinction, top of his class in BComm Business Management & Entrepreneurship and also with distinction in BComm (Hons) Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

Real Estate runs in his blood. Chrisjan is a registered Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. He is married to Christie van Heerden, who is a full time professional estate agent. Both Chrisjan and Christie come from families that are involved in development, marketing and management of real estate.

Chrsjan was approached to join the Periculum Group in 2016, and accepted immediately.
